We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your chosen username, password (stored securely as a one-way hash — we never store your actual password), and company name. If you join an existing team, we also collect the invite code you enter.
Quote Data
Information you enter into quotes, including client names, email addresses, postal addresses, job descriptions, room dimensions, item quantities, materials, pricing, sketches, and any notes. This data belongs to your company and is isolated from other companies on the platform.
Company Information
Your company name, contact name, and company logo if uploaded. This information appears on quotes you generate and share with your clients.
