Yes. SolidQuote is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Once you've loaded it once on your device, it caches everything locally. You can build and edit quotes with no internet connection — perfect for sites with poor signal. Quotes sync when you're back online.
You pay one flat monthly rate regardless of how many people use the app under your company account. Add your estimator, site manager, and apprentices — the price stays the same. Most competitor tools charge per seat, which gets expensive fast.
From the Team Management screen, generate an invite code and share it with your colleague. They register with that code and are instantly added to your company account with the appropriate role. You can remove members at any time.
Absolutely. From the Manage Prices screen you can set your own rate for every room item and material. You can also do a bulk percentage increase or decrease to adjust all your rates at once when material costs change.
Your call. There's a Hide Prices toggle that removes individual line-item prices from the client view while keeping the grand total visible. Some tradespeople prefer to quote a job total; others itemise everything. SolidQuote supports both.
